Someone I know lost a friend of hers to Charly cut with Fentanyl in Toronto last year , too cynical for words maybe it’s landed here !

I don't know how anyone survives once they need to use fentanyl because heroin isn't strong enough. Carfentanyl is something like a thousand times stronger than heroin and a hundred times stronger than fentanyl. Fucking hell.

They should be warning people about it rather than not mentioning the suspect drug or method of ingestion.\\

saw a prog on the news recently about how the mexican cartels are making this synthetic fentanyl...it a perfect drug for them,( cheap /easy to make ) the only problem being its so strong it kills people..

A few junkies off the street, not the end of the world. When you're into heroin you're basically dead anyway. Shame for their families though.

I agree with Chim. Brick dust in your veins is never a good thing. Just legalise drugs and these problems and many more will go away.

Contaminated heroin. It's always contaminated heroin in these cases.
Just guessing but very little else kills people.
